General Information: |
Polypropylene
Balls have low specific weight, good stability and abrasion
resistance and very low water absorption. They are used in
fluid level gauges, flowmeters, non-return valves and similar
applications where a combination of low cost, light weight
and corrosion resistance is required. |

Corrosion Resistance: |
Polypropylene
has good chemical resistance except against concentrated Sulphurous,
Nitric and Chloric acids and halogens. Contact with copper,
manganese and cobalt and their alloys should be avoided as
it affects stability at elevated temperatures. |
